It is a matter of great honour for me to take over as President and represent Pakistan Oculoplastic Association (POA). We are fortunate to have so many senior intellectuals and dedicated teachers who guide us in the conferences and at social media forum of POA. At the same time, there is also a large receptive audience of juniors who are eager to learn. Past president Prof Ibrar & general secretary Prof Zeeshan did a wonderful job by arranging scientific programme of so many national conferences and conducting international webinars. I am confident that my team would follow in their footsteps and bring more improvements. We will focus on POA website, newsletters, programmes of conferences, collaboration in international webinars and facilitating young oculoplastic surgeons to improve their experience. Members are most welcome to give our team any suggestion for the betterment of POA.
