Our History

A group of 18 doctors from different parts of the country interested in oculoplastics got together on the second day of the Lahore Ophthalmo at 5pm, Saturday 17th December, 2005 to form the oculoplastics interest group of the ophthalmological society of Pakistan. It was later transformed in Pakistan Oculoplastic Association (POA).

Since that time, POA has arranged Seminars, 4 workshops and number of symposia on orbit and eyelids. POA has association with APSOPRS and other regional oculoplastic association.
